About the event
The Hope Summit is a multidisciplinary and intersectional ideas and solutions summit with core thematic tracks that include water quality and plastic pollution, stewardship and citizen science, governance, ecological restoration, resilience and adaptation, storytelling as a catalyst of change, environmental justice, and traditional ways of experiencing and managing terrestrial and marine ecosystems.
The Conference returns as a two-day intersectional and multi-disciplinary gathering to explore "reshaping our relationship with water, waterways, and the ocean through community-driven solutions". Day 1 will focus on local systems to help promote Healthy Communities. Day 2 will expand to regional and global solutions to promote a Healthy Planet.
Our opening keynote speaker this year will be Dr. Wallace J. Nichols, founder of The Blue Mind Movement.
Conference passes go on sale on Earth Day, April 22nd. Students and Early Career Professionals are encouraged to apply for our Next Generation Fund conference sponsorship program that awards free conference admission to up to 100 emerging leaders.
